So maybe you want to start running but don't know how to begin. Simply search for a running fitness plans. When you are browsing, you can see how many stars a plan has been rated by other users like you, so you'll know whether it is worth your time or not.
Subscribe to Fitness Plans
When you've found a plan that you like, you can add it to your calendar. After that, you can modify it to suit your needs or you can remove it and go look for another, more suitable plan. The idea is that you find what works for you and stick with it!
