What is AntiSit?
AntiSit is a website dedicated to helping people become fit. Often, it is hard to push yourself to start working out or continue with that diet. This website lets you plan out a workout and then follow through with it. You can make your own fitness plan, or you can subscribe to someone else's. For example, say you really like someone else's chest workout, you can subscribe to his workout. And then, you might like someone else's diet, so you could subscribe to that. Each day, you will be prompted with a list of tasks to complete. As you complete them, you're welcome to check them off, but you do not have to.
Who can use this site?
What's great about this site is that it has a variety of uses for a variety of people. You can use it to get in shape, to start a diet, or to keep track of your fitness. Get creative with the site! For example, if you coach a sport, such as cross country running, you could make a summer workout plan and then ask all of your athletes to signup for the site and subscribe to it.
